Ok girlie, we want to make sure everyone understands the process of how we handle production so we don't have any confusion with shipping times and we want to make sure you know how to care for your tee once you get it in your hands. This is the spot where all that info can be found! We do include care cards with each and every shirt but just in case you misplace it, you can always refer back to this.

So here we go.....

Oh wait, before we get started; please note that colors can vary from monitor or any device you are viewing our items on. Please understand that as we provide images of actual product, your viewing device can alter the colors a bit. Therefore, we are not responsible for any pixel discolorations and do not expect returns based on "that is not what it looked like on my end". We thank you for your understanding!!

First, production! Since we create everything by hand, our current turn around time (TAT) for all items is 7-10 business days to ship. We do try to get them out much sooner but we rather exceed expectations by have a more realistic time frame just in case unforeseen delays come up. With bleaching, we rely on the sun. If the weather is bad, cold and rainy or snowing, then it can cause delays in the prodcution time. We have now found a work around for those icky days where we can bleach in a well ventilated warehouse but we leave the time frame above just to cover the amount of shirts we process at one given time. We strive for all items to go out in a timely manner and we will do everything in our power to keep turn around times on custom items as short as possible!

Now we have to show that amazing tee some love and extra care! When bleaching tees, you are pulling the color off of the cotton part of the tee. If not cared for correctly, this can lead to holes where the bleaching was done. We do not cover the tee if it is not cared for correctly and we can tell just by looking at it! When you get your package, we always recommend washing any clothing before wearing it; turn the tee inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying the shirt but you can tumble dry with low heat. No Iron!!! Please do not iron your shirt, if you need to release winkles, toss it in the dryer on low heat for less than 3 mins at a time.

***Remember, hand washing and air drying is the best way to increase the life of any clothing item! We know that no one really has the time for that so the next best thing is to follow the info above.

***During the production of any item that needs washing between processing, we use a Free & Clear Detergant! We never know what our friends personal care needs are so we promise to never use anything with perfumes and parabens in them.

Wood Production - We take pride in all of our hand made items and our wood pieces are no different! Once you order an item, we begin to prep the materials needed and provide as much love as possible. Since most of the production for our wood items take place outdoors, we have given all items a 7-10 business day production time. We strive to get items out much sooner, however, weather plays a large roll in what we can do. We rather exceed expectations by completing items ahead of our time frame while also allowing ourselves some grace for unforeseen delays. Once your wood item is complete and ready for shipping, we take extra special care in wrapping your order with more love than you would ever expect! It may take some extra time to get into your package but hey, arriving in one piece and in the same condition it was in when we packed it is more important, right?! Seriously, we do go a little overboard when it comes to protecting our wood orders!

Tumblers, Mugs, Any and All Drinkware - Friends, this one is simple....WASH BY HAND ONLY!!! Do NOT put ANY of our drinkware items in the dishwasher! We also recommend drying them immediately after washing to help prolong the life of your item. The drinkware item will tell on you if it was placed in the dishwasher, seriously, it will!!
